Dear Friends,
If anyone wished to help around the Shrine in any capacity, please let Fr. Alex know. There are many and varied ways to do so, even for an hour or two at a time.
Our Evening of Reparation is this Monday, the Third Monday, June 17 and our Evening for LIFE is this Thursday, Third Thursday, June 20. The format is the same for both evenings. Exposition (and doors open) at 6:30 pm (Confessions available upon request); 7:00 pm Holy Hour followed by Holy Mass. Reparation consoles God’s grieved Heart, reawakens love and mitigates Divine Justice, while pushing back the demons of the culture of death and helping advance Jesus’ Kingdom.
The docudrama, “Jesus Thirsts: The Miracle of the Eucharist,” was a resounding success at the box office last week and “will return to theaters once again on June 18 and 19. According to a June 7 news release, the documentary film, Jesus Thirsts, grossed $2,141,273 at the box office, ‘landing at #1 in per screen average for all three days’ that the movie was in theaters.” (Madalaine Elhabbal, CatholicVote Newsfeed, June 10, 2024)
