Ash Wednesday & March-April Schedule

Dear Friends,
We will be open for Ash Wednesday, March 2, at the normal hours.  The St. Joseph devotions for First Wednesday will follow the Mass, but the Mass will, of course, be that of Ash Wednesday with the distribution of ashes.
 
Below is our Calendar of Events for March & April.  Only key dates are listed—not every day we are open.
 
MARCH: The month of St. Joseph.
  1. (Wed. March 2) Ash Wednesday (1st Wednesday will not be observed).
  2. (Fri. March 4) Friday of Lent & 1st Friday: Mass & Stations of the Cross.
  3. (Sat. March 5) 1st Saturday
  4. (Thurs. March 10) 2nd Thursday: Holy Hour for Priests: 7:00 pm.
  5. (Fri. March 11) Friday of Lent: Mass & Stations of the Cross.
  6. (Tues. March 15) “Teaching Tuesday”: 7:00 pm Mass & Bible Study: Scott Hahn’s Understanding the Scriptures: A Complete Course on Bible Study: Chapters 24-27.
  7. (Wed. March 16) 7:00 pm St. Patrick of Ireland movie: popcorn & drinks provided.
  8. (Fri. March 18) Friday of Lent: Mass & Stations of the Cross
  9. (Sat. March 19) Solemnity of St. Joseph: Confessions, solemn Mass, Litany, 2:00 pm talk ***.
  10. (Mon. March 21) 3rd Monday: Evening of Reparation: 7:00 pm Rosary & Mass.
  11. (Tues. March 22) “Teaching Tuesday”: 7:00 pm Mass & Bible Study: Scott Hahn’s Understanding the Scriptures: A Complete Course on Bible Study: Chapters 28-29.
  12. (Fri. March 25) Solemnity of the Annunciation: Stations of the Cross will be done.
 
APRIL
  1. (Fri. April 1) Friday of Lent & 1st Friday: Mass & Stations of the Cross
  2. (Sat. April 2) 1st Saturday.
  3. (Wed. April 6) 1st Wednesday.
  4. (Fri. April 8) Friday of Lent: Mass & Stations of the Cross
  5. (Wed. April 13) Wednesday of Holy Week
  6. (Sat. April 16) Holy Saturday: 10:30 am Confessions & silent prayer only (no Mass, no Exposition)
  7. (Sunday, April 24) Divine Mercy Sunday (schedule subject to change):
  • (11:00 am) Exposition of the Most Blessed Sacrament
  • (11:30 am-1:00 pm) Confession:
  • (11:30 am) Talk: Jim Miller, Apostle of Divine Mercy
  • (12:30 pm) Rosary:
  • (1:00 pm) Holy Mass: Fr. Alex Kratz, OFM
  • (2:15 pm) Exposition of the Most Blessed Sacrament
