Ignorance is the best ally of Prop 3 supporters, so please watch the video and continue to educate yourself as to the radical nature of the “abortion amendment” and try to educate others. Even moderate pro-choicers might be aghast by an amendment that this goes way beyond Roe v. Wade creating, in effect, a total culture of death in Michigan.
The Prayer Rally to Defeat Proposal 3 is Saturday, October 15, Noon-3:00 pm on the steps of the state capitol building in Lansing. (The Archdiocese of Detroit has endorsed this rally.) There will be about 6 speakers (I’m the only Catholic priest speaker) and then we will break from the group as Catholics to pray the Rosary while others pray in their own way. PLEASE COME to stand for life and to pray for life with other Michiganders.) Please invite others.
The October 15 schedule for St. Joseph Chapel will thus be 8:00 am Mass immediately followed by our Rosary Rally.
Just to dispel any confusion, St. Joseph Chapel & the Shrine of the Immaculate Heart of Mary is now OPEN.
