Dear Friends,
The Third Monday of each month—August 21—we hold an Evening of Reparation at St. Joseph Chapel (400 South Blvd. West, Pontiac, MI 48341). Doors open at 6:30 pm with Eucharistic Exposition, the Holy Rosary begins at 7:00 pm followed by the Chaplet of Divine Mercy and Holy Mass. Reparation not only appeases Divine Justice for the many sins we and America commit, but it opens up Jesus’ Heart of Mercy for new beginnings in grace.
Tuesday, August 22, is the Queenship or Coronation of Our Lady (the Octave of the Assumption). We will be open at our normal hours with Mass at Noon. We will pray a Consecration to Our Lady’s Immaculate Heart and pray the Holy Rosary after Mass.
Our Healing Service is this Friday, August 25 at St. Joseph Chapel at 7:00 pm. It consists of a Holy Hour with Eucharistic Adoration, some brief songs of praise, the Holy Rosary, Prayers Teams AFTER the Holy Hour and Confession available throughout. (Mass is not offered.) Come let Jesus heal you!
Sunday, August 27 at 2:00 pm is the Orientation Meeting for our Holy Land Pilgrimage later this year (November 28-December 12). We will meet at St. Joseph Chapel in the Lower Level. Please contact us for this or future pilgrimages.
