Dear Friends,
Our president said he wants to make Roe v. Wade the law of the land again. The culture of death incessantly pushes forward, and we must push back with the Gospel of Life. Every Third Thursday (March 21) at 7:00 pm (door open at 6:30 pm) at St. Joseph Chapel (400 South Blvd. W., Pontiac, MI 48341) we have a Holy Hour before the Blessed Sacrament and a Mass for LIFE. Come hear how Our Lady of Guadalupe personally spoke to a Catholic doctor saying, “You are hurting me!” because he followed the medical crowd instead of his Catholic Faith’s prolife teachings.
For the Stations of the Cross, on Friday, March 15 we will pray “Mary’s Way of the Cross” (after Mass)—the Via Dolorosa from the perspective of the Blessed Mother.
Our Evening of Reparation (Holy Hour & Mass) is on the Third Monday (March 18) at 7:00 pm.
The Solemnity of St. Joseph is on Tuesday, March 19. Exposition & doors open at 10:30 am, Confessions at 11:00 am, Rosary at 11:30 am and Mass at Noon. A reception will follow with a talk by Jim Miller, Lay Apostle of Divine Mercy, on “St. Joseph, Our Guardian.” Please mark your calendar to honor this great saint who can help us with all our needs.
On Monday of Holy Week, March 25, at 7:00 pm in the Lower Level of St. Joseph Chapel we will have our first Initial Formation Meeting for those discerning a vocation to the Third Order of St. Francis (“Secular Franciscans”).
