Dear Friends,
Our Healing Service this Thursday, March 30 at 7:00 pm will consist of a Holy Hour with Eucharistic adoration, the praying of the Holy Rosary and Benediction followed by the option of being prayed for by Healing Prayer Teams. (THERE IS NO MASS.) Two priests will be available throughout for Confession.
This Friday, March 31, at St. Joseph Chapel, besides our normal Noon Mass followed by the Stations of the Cross, in the evening we will have an OUTDOOR Stations of the Cross at 8:00 pm on our new outdoor Stations walkway. This Franciscan devotion is a great way to observe the Last Friday of Lent and to prepare for Holy Week as we enter into the Mystery of our Divine Redeemer’s Passion. Remember, Jesus Himself walked the first “outdoor” Stations of the Cross on Good Friday.
First Saturday is this Saturday, April 1. With the Devil corrupting our culture in horrific ways, we need the Immaculata more than ever. In these dark times, her Immaculate Heart is our refuge as will be our shrine dedicated to her. Besides the 11:00 am Confessions, Noon Mass & the Holy Rosary, we offer 15 minutes’ reflection on the Mysteries of the Rosary we just prayed—in fulfillment of Our Lady of Fatima’s request.
First Friday will NOT be observed this month (anywhere) since it falls on Good Friday (April 7). We simply skip the month of April and continue counting the 9 First Fridays with the First Friday of May.
Confessions will be available on Holy Saturday, April 8, at 10:30 am—the day before Easter.
We will observe Divine Mercy Sunday on April 16. Mass will be at 1:00 pm (not Noon). We will have a full schedule from 11:00 am to 3:30 pm. We welcome Fr. Jeff Allen as our speaker and presider. Fliers will be available this week.
We have Epiphany Water. It is a most powerful Holy Water for blessing and protection against the demonic.
