Terra Sancta Pilgrimages was “born” on June 24, 2008 on the Birth of St. John the Baptist. (Once we bought the shrine in 2015, we began to go by “Terra Sancta Ministries.”) A Vigil Mass for this feast may be celebrated this evening. Tomorrow will be the 18th Anniversary of Terra Sancta Ministries. Thank you, Lord! We will celebrate the Solemnity of St. John the Baptist tomorrow, Wednesday, June 24, with a Noon Mass, at St. Joseph Chapel (400 South Blvd. West, Pontiac, MI 38341). He is our co-patron with St. Joseph. Normal hours apply: 10:30 am doors open, 11:00 am Confessions; Noon Mass; Rosary & Chaplet of Divine Mercy follow Mass. St. John the Baptist, pray for us!
We had a good turnout for our first Pilgrimage Orientation Meeting on Sunday, June 21 for our October 12-22 pilgrimage to the Holy Land (Israel only). Since there is still considerable interest and spaces available, we will hold ANOTHER MEETING on Saturday, July 11, 2:00-4:00 pm at St. Joseph Chapel (400 South Blvd. W., Pontiac, MI 48341) in the Lower Level. Please enter through the front iron chapel doors. Plan to register. Please bring a current passport—valid at least 3 months after our return—and a means of payment.
