The November 3 elections are fast approaching. Prayer is needed to implore God for leaders who, while certainly not perfect, are the most acceptable to Him. GOD CAN DECIDE. Many of us pray a daily Rosary and some pray one or more throughout the week. I am asking those to pray a daily Rosary to pledge an extra Rosary for elections all across America for God to choose the political candidate most pleasing to Him—whatever the race. If you do not pray a daily Rosary, please consider praying a daily Rosary (as Our Lady requested at all 6 apparitions at the 1917 apparitions at Fatima) and simply including the elections as one of your intentions. The READING ASSIGNMENT for those attending the Tuesday Evening Marian Catechesis at the shrine is the following:
- Read up to page 104 in Fr. Francesco Bamonte’s The Virgin Mary and the Devil in Exorcisms for this Tuesday, Sept. 15.
- Read up to page 146 for Tuesday, Sept. 22;
- Read up to page 190 (end of the book) for Tuesday, Sept. 29.
The Evening of Reparation is coming up on Third Monday, September 21. Doors open at 5:30 pm.
The only time we offer a 9:00 am Mass is on First Saturdays. There is no 9:00 am Mass on other Saturdays.
